65% Monastrell, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Garnacha Tintorera. Cclear, bright, deep, violet-purple color with mild structure to it. There are strong blackberry and cherry notes that follow through onto your palete. It’s a dry wine but not to the point of excess and there’s enough acidity here to cut through most foods making it a better dinner wine than a sipping wines. The balance is good, the finish very crisp and the tannins dry to puckering.
